Customer Service

• Serving and keeping customers guarantees our existence. Our employees will provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customer’s requirements.

Warehousing

• The facility is located approximately 1 mile from the harbor at Port Hueneme California
• Situated on 6.5 acres of secured property, we provide 62,000 square feet of cold storage warehousing. This facility is double racked with the current capacity to store approximately 4,400 pallets
• To expedite truck distribution, the building has 27 truck loading doors that are operated in an area that maintains the integrity of the cold chain environment. The Company is committed to the importance of Cold Chain Management
• Our refrigeration system is designed to handle multiple commodities with multiple temperature setting.
• Multiple cold rooms are sealed for various commodities that are ethylene sensitive. During construction of the cold rooms, they were pressurized and sealed to minimize “air bleed over”.
• Our refrigeration system is fully computerized with remote monitoring and alarm systems. Data is recorded every fifteen minutes and transmitted via modem to our computer room servers.
• Web based inventory tracking system with includes bar coding and scanning
• Container un load and cross dock services provided

Inspection Services

• USDA approved inspection and examination location
• USDA approved fumigation facility
• Fruit quality inspections can be arranged. We currently house Decofrut inspection representatives.

Transportation

• The Company’s harbor drayage operation handles approximately 200 weekly movements between the harbor and the facility. Via other service providers, the facility receives and ships an additional 80 containers a week.
• We have the capacity to move in excess of 100 loads a day between the port and the facility
• The Company currently provides daily refrigerated truck services for both full loads and less than truck load shipments to various customers through out California and other States

Off Port Yard Services

• 101 electrical plug receptacles for on shore power to maintain refrigerated ocean containers. Additionally, there are an additional 50 receptacles at our secondary location.
• Truck and container storage yard.
• Full shop and maintenance department including refrigeration needs.
